1.1 What are the payment options available at

1.2 What is Cash on Delivery?

Cash on Delivery allows you to pay for your order in cash at the time of delivery. offers Cash on Delivery option for all orders between Rs. 1/- to Rs. 10,000/- on most of the delivery addresses. To place an order and pay for it using Cash on Delivery (COD), please select the 'Cash On Delivery' option on the payment page.

1.3 Why can't I see the COD option on my payment page? 

If you do not see a COD option on your payment page, this may be due to one of the following reasons:

1. Your order value may be more than Rs.10,000/- OR

2. Our courier partners may not support the Cash on Delivery option on your delivery address.

1.4 Is there any extra charge I have to pay for Delivery?

Yes, charge Flat Rs 29/- as shipping charge if the order value is below than Rs 699 and Flat Rs 49/- as shipping charge if the order value is below than Rs 200.

2.1 How to place an order?

We at Monte Carlo try our best to give you an amazing shopping experience and that's why we made it very simple to buy a product. Just go to > scroll the category you wish to look products in > Select the product > Have a look at different views of the products > Select the size > Select the color > Click on Buy Now > Click on Check out > fill the shipping information > make the payment through Credit/Debit Card /Net banking or alternatively you can select the Cash on Delivery option > your order would be placed successfully.

2.2 How much time it would take to get me my order?

Normally it takes 3 to 7 days to reach to your doorstep from the date of order placed. (Delivery time may be exceeded depending upon your location).

2.3 How orders on are delivers to me?

We dispatch your order through reputed logistics partner (Depending upon your location).

2.4 How would Monte Carlo intimate me when my order is dispatched from its warehouse?

We always keep you informed with the progress of your order. Once your order is shipped from our end, you shall receive an SMS and an Email mentioning the shipping detail such as Courier Company, Docket No etc.

4. Returns: We hope that you will love every purchase with us. But if ever a customer doesn’t like the delivered product or the product is not as per the expectation then the customer can return the same in its original condition by informing us within 7 days of receiving the product. In such cases, we will add the paid order value in customer wallet for further purchases on our website after the return of the product. No payment refund will be given in such cases. No return Request will be entertained if the wallet credit/Voucher was already redeemed in the order.

Also, if ever delivered product has any manufacturing defect or has any variation from the product selected in order then you can return it in its original condition by informing to us along with product snapshots within 7 days of receiving the product. If the variation or defect found genuine by our quality team, then we will refund the payment in your bank account or add the paid value in customer wallet for further purchases on our website. In case of any issues related to a manufacturing defect after using the product, the customer has to approach us within 30 days from the receipt of delivery.

4.1 Size, Color & Product Change:  We do not entertain Size, color, and product change requests after placing the order with us. In case the customer wants to return the delivered product due to above reason then Customer can raise the Product Return Request with us within the 7 days of receiving the product. Customer can send the request at or call us at +918196922333, 0161-5048700, 1800-1800-501(Toll Free). Once we received the product at our warehouse then we will add the paid amount in account. So that customer can place the new order by redeeming it on our website. Normally return process will take 7 to 10 business days.

In such cases, we will arrange reverse pick-up for your order. But in case your area does not serve by any of our logistic partners for re pick-up and delivery then you will have to ship it from your end and you will be reimbursed with Rs. 100/- in the form of credit in your wallet. However, exchange/return request will not be considered more than once. You can return the product(s) to the following address:

No return Request will be entertained if the wallet credit/Voucher was already redeemed in the order.


There are few things which you need to make sure before returning a product.

 All items to be returned must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact, and should not be broken or tampered with.

· In case you had purchased an item which had a free gift associated with it and you wish to return the item, please also return the free gift.


5. Cancellation or Modification

5.1 Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can but only before we have processed your order. You can do so by contacting to our customer care at +91 8196922333, 0161-5048700, 18001800501. If the order is already processed for shipping than we won’t be able to cancel it.

5.2 Can I modify my order once it is placed?

No, you cannot modify the size, color or shipping address of your order

5.3 When and how would I receive refund of order I have cancelled?

If you had placed order by selecting Cash on delivery option, there is no amount to refund because you haven't paid for that. And if you have placed the order by using Credit/Debit card or Netbanking then we will add the paid order value in customer wallet for further purchases on our website


6. Coupons and Cash Vouchers

If there is any refund situation or any promotional campaigns in which we issue you a cash voucher or coupon, you can redeem the same in the following ways at the time of placing the order.  Click on my cart > Click on Order Summary > Enter the voucher code in the field next to the voucher code row > Click on Add > you will see your voucher is added to the cart and has the predefined value.

8.1 How much time it would take to get me my order?

Normally, we ship your order within 24 hours of receiving the order and it takes 3 to 7 days to reach to your doorstep. (Delivery time may be exceeded depends upon your location).In case of any issue related to delivery of order, customer has to report us within 30 days from date of order shipping, no complaint after 30 days will be entertained.
